KY and IN License Requirements 

 KENTUCKY Requirements

• Complete a 96 hour pre-license real estate training course
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have your High School diploma or GED
• FBI background investigation
• No felony convictions at any time
• No misdemeanors within past 5 years
• Pass the state real estate license exam
• Have a sponsoring real estate broker

 INDIANA Requirements

• Complete a 54 hour pre-license real estate training course
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Be felony FREE
• Pass the state real estate license exam
• Have a sponsoring real estate broker
